CC.BOONE Coastal Bonfires offer all the necessities, including a bonfire permit, bonfire attendant, chairs, bonfire equipment, wood, and decor as indicated by the package selected. Set up, bonfire maintenance, and break down are, of course, handled by our hosts to allow you to enjoy the setting.

We also offer Curated Additions like Cheese & Charcuterie, S’Mores Kits, Batched Cocktails, photography, and more available in Check-Out.

We handle every element of your Coastal Bonfire or Sunset Setting. If you have not opted for our Curated Additions, we recommend you bring the beverages, coolers, snacks, and utensils and speaker, you might need. Please note that Walton County prohibits the use of glass on our beaches.

All experiences take place at access in which you select at checkout.

Beach events are subject to weather, beach conditions, governmental restrictions, and venue

access limitations beyond the control of CC.BOONE AESTHETIC CURATION LLC.

In the event of severe weather, lightning, tropical weather advisories, beach closures, unsafe

conditions, or any circumstance that prevents the safe execution of the beach bonfire experience as

contracted, CC.BOONE AESTHETIC CURATION LLC will make reasonable efforts to reschedule

the event within twelve (12) months based upon availability.

Should the Client elect to proceed with the event on the originally scheduled date despite

weather-related limitations, CC.BOONE AESTHETIC CURATION LLC will make reasonable efforts

to provide an alternative event experience at an indoor or covered venue secured and provided by

the Client.

The Client acknowledges that certain elements of the contracted experience, including but not

limited to the bonfire itself, fire-related amenities, tiki torches, and other weather-dependent

components, may be unavailable due to safety concerns, venue restrictions, or weather conditions.

If the Client chooses to proceed with an alternative event experience, no refunds, credits,

reductions, or reimbursements shall be issued for any portion of the contracted services, rentals,

labor, or fire-related elements that cannot be provided due to weather, venue limitations, safety

requirements, or circumstances beyond the control of CC.BOONE AESTHETIC CURATION LLC.

Bonfires can be cancelled up to three weeks before your scheduled date for a refund minus a $250 admin fee. Bonfires with special event permits are non-refundable.

Special events can be cancelled up to 3 months before the event was scheduled to take place for a 50% refund.
