Standard shipping rates apply to all orders within the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the shipping confirmation is received.
CC.BOONE is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to the shipper for assistance.

International shipping rates apply to all orders outside the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

return policy
CC.BOONE offers exchanges only. Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receipt of your order. Contact us at ccboonestyled@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the item(s) you'd like to exchange for. We'll provide instructions on how to send your item back. A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all exchange requests.
damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at ccboonestyled@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
