Welcome to CC.BOONE. By accessing our website, purchasing products, reserving services, or booking an event with CC.BOONE Aesthetic Curation LLC ("CC.BOONE," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Reservations & Payment
A reservation is confirmed once the required deposit or payment has been received. Dates are not held without payment. Prices are subject to change until a reservation has been confirmed.
Remaining balances, when applicable, are due according to the payment schedule outlined during the booking process.
Cancellations
Coastal Bonfires
If a Coastal Bonfire reservation is cancelled within three (3) months of the scheduled event date, 50% of the total booking amount is non-refundable. Reservations cancelled within one (1) month of the scheduled event are non-refundable.
Remaining balances, when applicable, are due according to the payment schedule outlined during the booking process.
Prices are subject to change until a reservation has been confirmed.
Private Chef Dinners
If a Private Chef Dinner reservation is cancelled within three (3) months of the scheduled event date, 50% of the total booking amount is non-refundable. Reservations cancelled within one (1) month of the scheduled event are non-refundable.
Charcuterie
Due to advance purchasing and preparation, Charcuterie & Cocktail orders are non-refundable. If an order must be cancelled, CC.BOONE will issue a credit for the value of the order, which may be applied toward a future purchase. Credits are valid for twelve (12) months from the original event date.
Weather Policy
Outdoor experiences are inherently subject to weather, beach conditions, governmental regulations, venue restrictions, and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of CC.BOONE.
If severe weather, lightning, tropical weather advisories, beach closures, unsafe conditions, governmental restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances prevent the safe execution of an outdoor event, CC.BOONE will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event within twelve (12) months of the original event date, subject to availability.
Should the Client choose to proceed with the event despite weather-related limitations, CC.BOONE will make reasonable efforts to adapt the experience at an indoor or covered location secured by the Client.
The Client acknowledges that certain elements—including, but not limited to, bonfires, fire features, tiki torches, candles, and other weather-dependent amenities—may be unavailable due to safety requirements, venue restrictions, weather conditions, or governmental regulations.
If the Client elects to proceed with a modified event, no refunds, credits, price reductions, or reimbursements shall be issued for services, rentals, labor, or amenities that cannot be provided due to weather, venue limitations, safety requirements, governmental restrictions, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of CC.BOONE.

Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing accurate event information, including guest count, event location, access instructions, and any applicable venue requirements.
The Client agrees to ensure that the event location is reasonably accessible at the scheduled service time. Delays caused by restricted access, parking limitations, gated communities, unavailable elevators, or inaccurate event information may result in adjustments to the event schedule or additional service fees.
Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
Clients are responsible for communicating dietary restrictions, food allergies, and other special requests before the final menu is confirmed.
While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate dietary preferences, CC.BOONE cannot guarantee that food will be prepared in an allergen-free environment and assumes no liability for allergic reactions or dietary sensitivities.
Alcohol
Where cocktail service is provided, the Client acknowledges that all guests are responsible for consuming alcohol responsibly and in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
CC.BOONE reserves the right to refuse alcohol service if necessary for guest safety or legal compliance.
Photography
CC.BOONE may photograph or record portions of events for marketing, editorial, and promotional purposes. If the Client prefers that their event not be photographed, written notice must be provided prior to the event date.
Intellectual Property
All photographs, branding, written content, menus, concepts, styling, graphics, logos, and website materials remain the exclusive property of CC.BOONE Aesthetic Curation LLC unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Website Use
All content available on this website is provided for informational purposes only. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or reproduce any content without written authorization.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CC.BOONE Aesthetic Curation LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its website, products, services, or events.
CC.BOONE's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the applicable reservation or purchase.
Force Majeure
CC.BOONE shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to perform services due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, hurricanes, flooding, wildfires, public health emergencies, governmental actions, labor shortages, supplier delays, transportation interruptions, or other force majeure events.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or services provided by CC.BOONE shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located within the State of Florida.
Changes to These Terms
CC.BOONE reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted to this website and become effective immediately upon publication.
