CC.Boone was founded in 2019 with the heart to create intimate, coastal & culinary scenes to nourish the soul. What stemmed from creating artful charcuterie boards & tablescapes at home, has led me to this — a creative + culinary lifestyle on the coast. My love for culinary forward settings, coastal travel & intentionally designed spaces began long before college, but I learned a lot as I attained my degree in Hospitality from the University of Arkansas. I believe my purpose in life is to use my creativity & intuition to gift you these hospitable moments that you may be connected to the beauty around us, leaving you refreshed and inspired.

Cheers,
Caroline

Meet Our in-house Chef, Bill Leavy

A 20-year veteran of the Restaurant Industry , Bill has worked in the kitchens of acclaimed chefs in New York City, Nantucket and Portland, ME.  Upon graduation from The French Culinary Institute in NYC, Bill worked under David Bouley at his Michelin stared namesake restaurant in Tribeca.  A native New Yorker, Bill has spent the last 16 years living in the greater Portland, ME area.  His carefully selected career path gave Bill the tools he needed to open his own restaurant, East Ender Restaurant & Bar, which was named as one of the 50 Best New Restaurants in America of 2015 by Bon Appetit. He brings his commitment to customer service and attention to detail to the beautiful Emerald Coast.

Bill follows very few rules when it comes to cooking. However, his culinary style always lets the product dictate the direction. His sensorial understanding of ingredients allows him to borrow from a library of flavors he has curated over his career.  While constantly striving to preserve the characteristics of the ingredients, Bill will also play with them just enough to take them where you might not expect. His cuisine relies on the minimal touches that elevate the natural ingredients and amplify their flavor. Bill lives with his wife Janet in Santa Rosa Beach and they spend as much time as they can enjoying the outdoors as well as the exciting restaurant scene on 30A. Bill is a novice fly-fisherman and can be found wading the native beaches of his new hometown.
