CANCELLATION POLICY

BONFIRES - A 50% refund will be given if cancelled within 3 months of your booking. 50% is non-refundable if cancelled within 3 months of your booking. Your booking is NON-refundable if canceled within one month of your event.

PRIVATE CHEF DINNERS - A 50% refund will be given if cancelled within 3 months of your booking. 50% is non-refundable if cancelled within 3 months of your booking. Your booking is NON-refundable if canceled within one month of your event.

CHARCUTERIE & COCKTAILS - a credit will be given if you are to cancel your board for any reason. All credits must be used within 2 years.

REFUNDS POLICY - If for any reason you are not pleased with your service, event, or delivery the most we can offer back is 50% back by check in the mail.

RAIN POLICY (applied towards any outdoor event)

- We will call the event 4 hours before start time in case of rain. If for any reason either party wishes not to move forward with the event due to rain or wind we can reschedule your event for +$150, give a credit for a the future to be applied towards any service OR offer a 50% back minus permitting fees.

We have a $350 NON-REFUNDABLE ADMIN FEE on all Bookings cancelled within 3 months of booking.
