CANCELLATION POLICY
BONFIRES - A 75% refund will be given if cancelled within 3 months of your booking. 50% is non-refundable if cancelled within 3 months of your booking. Your booking is NON-refundable if canceled within one month of your event.
PRIVATE CHEF DINNERS - A 75% refund will be given if cancelled within 3 months of your booking. 50% is non-refundable if cancelled within 3 months of your booking. Your booking is NON-refundable if canceled within one month of your event.
CHARCUTERIE & COCKTAILS - a credit will be given if you are to cancel your board for any reason. All credits must be used within 2 years.
REFUNDS POLICY - If for any reason you are not pleased with your service, event, or delivery the most we can offer back is 20% back in the form of a credit to be used towards any service. We do not offer cash refunds.
RAIN POLICY (applied towards any outdoor event)
- We will call the event 4 hours before start time. If for any reason either party wishes not to move forward with the event due to rain or wind we can reschedule your event for $150, give a credit for a the future to be applied towards any service or offer a 50% back minus permitting fees.
